How does one GAIN 6.5 lbs in less than a week? Only I would be the one to find a way. I'm so fuckin' depressed and disappointed in myself. :(

Don't get down on yourself. We're in this together and when you're feeling down on this, so do I. I've had a rough week as well. Remember it's teh TIME and you're going to bloat up. You just need to get back on it. Wake up tomorrow and promise yourself it's going to be a better day. Work at it. I think you deserved the week off, start new tomorrow.

You need - no - DESERVE the mani/pedi. Who cares if you messed up one week? Treat yourself and feel better. You're going to get in a rut. Who is going to spoil you if you don't do it for yourself.

My week has been rough as well, Im not expecting too much out of the scale. But Im starting of the week with a brand new additude. I need to take my own advice - and SO DO YOU.

Im cheering you on. Next week better be better :-D

I'm more than a little depressed because one would normally expect to gain doing the time of the month but somehow on WW I have NEVER had a gain prior to day when that's involved so that totally blew me way into left field. I expected a gain but damn!

I know, I know I should take my own advice but dammit 6.5 is a fuckin' lot of weight to gain in a week!

you'd have to eat like, an extra 22,750 calories to gain major weight like that! what have you been eating?

Honestly I didn't eat anything outta the ordinary so I don't know. I thought it was my scale originally but no. :/

well, did you binge? over eat? have second helpings, eat if you weren't hungry..that sort of thing, can easily make you gain weight. If you have your period expect a 4 lb lb gain, I think it's water retention or water used in the blood or something because I always gain when I have my period.
